How to file a complaint with Southwest Airlines

How to write the complaint. A complaint that gets results is short, factual, and specific:

Who you are (account number, order number, member ID).
What happened (dates, what you were told, what was supposed to happen).

Step 2 — Document everything

Get a ticket number for every contact and record it.
Take screenshots of any error messages, account states, or relevant in-app information.
