To request removal of content

- Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the specific URL(s) on this site you are asking to be removed.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We process valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the content while we evaluate.
To correct factual information
If contact information, regulator jurisdiction, or any other factual element on a page is incorrect or out of date, please email the same address with the URL and the correction. We update or remove pages on receipt of credible correction requests.
